📛 Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, the order will have been processed and cannot be canceled.

💸 Returns & Refunds

1. Time Limit for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return or refund.

2. International Shipping Time

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs and international logistics.

  • Refunds will not be granted for delivery delays within 35 days of order placement. Please consider this before placing an international order.

3. Damaged Package Claims

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will respond and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

4. Unwanted Items / Change of Mind

  • If the item does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • All items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags and packaging intact.

5. Lost Packages

  • If your package has not been delivered within 35 days, please contact our customer service.

  • Once we confirm the package is lost, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours.

6. Return Address & Procedure

  • Please do not return items to the sender address on the package.

  • Contact customer service to receive the correct return address before shipping back any items.

7. Refund Process

  • After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.

  • If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be held responsible for any loss in value.
